What is Subscript Generator & How Does It Work?
Type a label, index or short formula and see which characters have genuine subscript equivalents in this toolβs Unicode map. Digits and a limited set of letters and operators convert; unsupported text remains exactly as entered. H2O becomes HβO, with H and O preserved at their normal height.
The coverage map makes this different from a general small-text generator: no superscript or small-cap substitutes are passed off as subscripts. Review the unchanged-character notice and test the result in your destination font. Plain Unicode styling does not replace accessible equation markup.
