What is PNG to ICO & How Does It Work?
PNG to ICO creates a square icon from an existing raster logo. The source is fitted without stretching, transparency is preserved, and the encoded PNG is stored inside a valid single-image ICO container.
Choose a size appropriate for its destination. Increasing the size of a small PNG cannot invent missing detail. This export supports modern PNG-compressed ICO readers; it does not create the multi-resolution or BMP icon variants required by some legacy software.
